Compassionate lactation care in the comfort of your home
Mission
Specializing in comprehensive lactation management and infant oral motor function, helping families achieve their breastfeeding goals in a safe, judgment free space.
Becoming a new parent is an exhilarating and joyous time! It can also be overwhelming and exhausting. It sure was for me! While breastfeeding offers the best nutritional start for baby and a unique bonding experience, it can make us feel a tremendous amount of pressure on ourselves! Every feeding journey is different and it’s personal to each mother. While only you can decide what breastfeeding goals work for your family, I’ll be here to offer you support and help you gain confidence every step of the way.
Likewise, contact me for additional instruction and support if you:
- Have flat or inverted nipples
- Have sore, cracked, or damaged nipples
- Were given a nipple shield but want to breastfeed without one
- Suspect your baby may have a lip and/or tongue tie or someone told you he/she has a “mild tie”
- Are experiencing engorgement
- Don’t feel like your milk ever “came in”
- Think you might have low supply
- Want help with exclusive pumping
- Are returning to work and want to continue lactating
- Experience plugged ducts or mastitis (breast infection)
- Want to induce lactation or relactate
- Need to take medications and not sure the compatibility with lactation
- Need guidance about selecting a breast pump
- Feel like everyone is telling you something different about breastfeeding
- Have never done this before and just want to make sure you are “doing this correctly” and want someone to cheer you on!

“Erica was great to work with. She is so kind, patient, and caring! It was helpful to have someone to reach out to when I had a question about nursing. She made me feel very comfortable, supported in my decisions, and made sure I understood everything she was talking about. With her help I was successful in establishing my milk supply and feeding my baby breast milk, which was my goal! If you're looking for a lactation consultant, I would highly recommend Erica!”—-AW

“It takes a special kind of person to be able to work with a family just days after coming home from the hospital with a new baby, and Erica is that person! She is warm and thoughtful as well as extremely knowledgeable about everything feeding/baby related. She really focused on my baby and me and spent all the time we needed with us. I never felt rushed (even during the newborn feedings which seem to go on forever) which was so important to me as a new mom who had no idea what I was doing. Originally, I was hesitant to contact a lactation consultant because I didn’t want to be pushed into one way of feeding my baby, but that is absolutely not what happened with Erica. She listened to me and helped me figure out what was right for my specific situation; she was always considerate of my and my baby’s individual needs and family preferences. As my baby has grown, Erica has still been there to support us! She's helped us with starting solids, supply issues, and navigating pumping at work. Erica is the breastfeeding cheerleader I didn’t know I needed but am so thankful my baby and I have!” —AS
